Dooku/Jocasta Nu

"He was one of the most brilliant Jedi I've had the privilege of knowing." - Jocasta Nu, AOTC deleted scene.

I love the idea that Dooku and Jocasta used to be close back when Dooku was still a Jedi. I would love to see young Jocasta, maybe as an adventurous spirit but still dedicated to knowledge, learning and the Order. And young Dooku, not yet disillusioned with the Order but perhaps getting started on that path. Seeing padawan Qui-Gon or Rael would be great as well, or maybe just Dooku and Jocasta as young Knights.
If you're looking for inspiration, I love emily-escott's interpretation of young Dooku and young Jocasta.
Dooku and Jocasta go on a mission together as young Jedi to an abandoned Sith Temple...
After Dooku leaves the Order, Jocasta hears about an old Jedi text discovered on Serenno, and goes to examine it as part of her duties as Chief Jedi Librarian. While there, she is invited to the home of Count Dooku of Serenno, unaware of his growing darkness.
Count Dooku comes to Coruscant to take care of some Senate business and visit his old friend Jocasta (and maybe also covertly erase Kamino from the Jedi Archives...).
Jocasta and Dooku meet outside of the battlefield during the Clone Wars. Unable or unwilling to fight each other, the two strike up a civil conversation, or at least as close to civil as they can manage given everything Dooku has done.

Dooku/Shmi Skywalker

Note on Shmi: I love AUs where Shmi gets a happier ending and gets to be a more active agent in her own life. She is a resilient woman who lived a difficult life, but never let that stop her from being kind. I also love Force Sensitive!Shmi and Jedi!Shmi AUs, whether an AU where she was found by the Jedi at a young age or where she becomes a Jedi later in life.
I also love AUs where someone talks some sense into Dooku, or stops him from going down the Sith path entirely. I think that Shmi could handle Dooku’s arrogance and maybe bring out some of the good that’s left in him.
Qui-Gon manages to free both Shmi and Anakin and takes them both to Coruscant, where Shmi meets Dooku, who is still part of the Order. Shmi gets a job at the Temple (or maybe receives special dispensation to start training as a Jedi if you’re going with a Force Sensitive!Shmi AU) and starts to become closer with the mysterious Master Dooku...
Dooku frees Shmi after TPM as part of Palpatine’s plots to ensnare Anakin. He is told to take her to Serenno, give her a job, and keep an eye on her. But Shmi has her own suspicions about the Count of Serenno’s motives for freeing her...
AU where Shmi survives AOTC. On Palpatine’s orders, Dooku has her kidnapped from Tatooine as part of some Sith plot to further destabilize Anakin. Turns out, Anakin Skywalker’s old mother does not take her kidnapping lying down…

Padmé Amidala/Beru Whitesun

Padmé and Beru raising Luke (and/or Leia) together!
Padmé, still mourning the Anakin that she loved, still dealing with the fallout of everything that went wrong in their relationship while beginning something new with Beru. And Beru: what does she think of this compassionate and intelligent woman, who also led a privileged and even relatively sheltered life? I would love to see them coming to trust and love each other, and Padmé finding ways that she can make a difference even on Tatooine.
Regarding Owen, you can include him if you want. He and Beru can have an open relationship. Or Padmé/Beru/Owen can all be together, but just keep the focus on Padmé and Beru. Or Beru can be a widow.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Depa Billaba/Luminara Unduli

I love these two competent, dedicated Jedi ladies.
I would love to see them kicking ass together, bonding after a battle, exploring a Sith Temple, dealing with unexpected Force shenanigans, doing diplomacy together.
Bonding over raising padawans together. Maybe something lighter with Caleb and Barriss. Or something sadder, maybe Depa comforting Luminara after Barriss’s crimes are revealed.

Adi Gallia/Luminara Unduli

More competent, dedicated Jedi ladies!
I would love to see them kicking ass together, bonding after a battle, exploring a Sith Temple, dealing with unexpected Force shenanigans, doing diplomacy together.

Satine Kryze/Tarre Vizsla

Two Mandalorians, with two very different philosophies. I can see a lot of arguments about politics in their future. Yet there are also similarities between them—they both want what is best for Mandalore, they are both survivors of war and they both led Mandalore at some point. And Tarre is hardly a traditional Mandalorian, being a (former) Jedi, and neither is Satine.
How would they get together? Maybe Tarre time travels. Maybe an AU where they are of the same era. I am also totally here for Force ghost!Tarre trying to help guide Satine.
A political marriage between the stubborn daughter of House Kryze and the scion of House Vizsla that gradually turns real.
BTW, I have seen female!Tarre interpretations and I am also totally here for that if that’s the direction you want to go in.

Jenza/Breha Organa

Breha and Jenza are both so brave and compassionate, and they are both women of noble birth trained to rule their planet from an early age. I would be surprised if their paths never crossed in canon.
Princess Breha and young Lady Jenza meet as young women at a conference for future galactic leaders.
A Jenza lives!AU where she is sent by Dooku to seduce Queen Breha of Alderaan to the Seperatist cause… perhaps literally.
Jenza is sent to a peace conference with the Republic as the Separatist government's representative, where she meets Queen Breha and finds herself questioning her loyalties.
Re: Bail, if your story is set during a time when Breha is married to him, just imply that they have an open relationship, or don't mention him.

But Jenza has suspicions over her brother's motivations, and Shmi won't let anyone control her life anymore. As Jenza and Shmi become closer, Palpatine’s plans are put in jeopardy...
Jenza escapes Dooku’s murder attempt and finds herself on the run from his assassins on Tatooine. She is taken by a kind slave woman named Shmi.

Shmi Skywalker/Shaak Ti

Note on Shmi: I love AUs where Shmi gets a happier ending and gets to be a more active agent in her own life. She is a resilient woman who lived a difficult life, but never let that stop her from being kind. I also love Force Sensitive!Shmi and Jedi!Shmi AUs, whether an AU where she was found by the Jedi at a young age or where she becomes a Jedi later in life.
They are both kind and dedicated women, both with strong connections to motherhood. Shmi as the mother of the Chosen One, Shaak as the “mother of the clones.” I just feel like they would get along.
Qui-Gon manages to free both Shmi and Anakin and takes them both to Coruscant, where Shmi meets Shaak. Shmi gets a job at the Temple (or maybe receives special dispensation to start training as a Jedi if you’re going with a Force Sensitive!Shmi AU) and starts to become closer with Shaak.

I feel like Shmi and Fay are both such compassionate, strong dedicated women and would get along well.
As for Fay, she is such a mysterious and fascinating character from what little we see of her. I love the type of Force mysticism surrounding her character—she’s so completely dedicated to the Light and the will of the Force that she’s found a path to immortality or something close to it even while she is alive. What if she had found herself meeting a woman named Shmi during her travels across the galaxy. Perhaps she rescues Shmi from slavery or the Tuskens? Or maybe they meet under more peaceful circumstances, during or before the Clone Wars?

Ahsoka Tano/Original Female Jedi Padawan

I would love for Ahsoka to have a relationship with another padawan friend her age (that worked out better than what happened between her and Barriss). I also like the idea of the original Padawan being Obi-Wan’s second padawan, as that would give them a lot of opportunities together to bond.
Feel free to go with your favorite Star Wars species, or just make her a human. I also think a Zeltron, Twi’lek, Pantoran, Zabrak, Devaronian, or Echani would all be interesting possibilities.
Note on age: please have Ahsoka and the Padawan be 16+ before they begin their relationship (crushes are fine before then). You don’t need to explicitly mention ages, just don’t establish them as being younger than that when they begin their relationship.

Shmi Skywalker/Original Female Jedi

Note on Shmi: I love AUs where Shmi gets a happier ending and gets to be a more active agent in her own life. She is a resilient woman who lived a difficult life, but never let that stop her from being kind. I also love Force Sensitive!Shmi and Jedi!Shmi AUs, whether an AU where she was found by the Jedi at a young age or where she becomes a Jedi later in life.
Some ideas for the original Jedi: Feel free to go with your favorite Star Wars species, or just make her a human. Mirialan, Pantoran, Togruta, Zeltron, Twi’lek, Zabrak, Devaronian, or Echani are all interesting possibilities. Humans are fine as well. As for her Jedi speciality: is she a healer? A researcher? A teacher? A warrior? A combination of these?
The Jedi rescues Shmi from slavery, either before or after TPM.

Padmé frees Shmi after TPM and sets her up with a job in the palace. She becomes close with one of Padmé’s mentors, a former Queen of Naboo.
For details on the Queen of Naboo and her life, I would love Naboo culture worldbuilding. What is life like for the average Naboo Queen after their reign? What is their place in Naboo society? On a more personal level, what is the psychological effect of having so much pressure put on you at such a young age, then attempting to find something else to do with your life?

Star Wars Legends: Knights of the Old Republic

Carth Onasi/Female Revan

Carth is so dedicated to the cause he believes in and still trying to do his best despite everything he’s gone through and all that he’s lost. And so is Revan, in her own way. I would love to see them slowly coming to trust each other, how they fell for each other, and the complexities of trying to make it work in the aftermath of the reveal.
I would love some LS!Revan post-canon stuff. Figuring out who they are in peacetime, Revan figuring out what kind of Jedi she wants to be after everything she’s done, Carth trying to reconcile with Dustil and figure out what he wants to do with the rest of his life.
Serious stuff is great for any of these prompts, but I’m also good with going in a more humorous direction, i.e. Carth Dealing With The Fact That My Girlfriend Used To Be The Dark Lord.
